About Dr. Susan Phung
Dr. Susan Phung is a fellowship-trained cardiologist specializing in preventive cardiology, women’s health, hypertension, and lipid disorders. She is board certified in internal medicine, cardiology, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, hypertension, and clinical lipidology.
With over 10 years of experience, Dr. Phung focuses on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of heart conditions. She takes a personalized approach to care, understanding each patient's unique needs and helping them lead a heart-healthy lifestyle. She has also contributed to research studies on heart disease and hypertension management.
Dr. Phung earned her medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia. She completed her residency at Mount Sinai St. Luke's-Mount Sinai West in New York, and her fellowship in cardiovascular disease at New York Medical College–St. Michael's Medical Center in Newark. Before medical school, she obtained a bachelor's degree in biology from Columbia University and a Master of Science in biochemistry and molecular biology from New York Medical College.

Very cold and unprofessional. I don’t think it’s appropriate to treat a patient like a person you just met somewhere. She was nervous laughing almost all the time and her tone was not professional with delivering information. Besides that she is well educated I hoped she could’ve been more professional and on the friendlier side of delivering information.
