Most patients pay a small copay per visit, subject to any deductible or coinsurance that your health plan has. The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services determines appropriate billing guidelines. These guidelines depend on the length of the visit and the complexity and severity of your diagnosis. For this reason, we need to wait until after the visit for the final determination. We then submit the claim to your insurance company. The charges are calculated based upon pre-negotiated prices with your insurance company. Your insurance company will then determine what amount, if any, is your responsibility per your insurance plan.

Late logging in. I was supposed to have a 10:00 virtual appointment with MD. Susannah Wiliams
I entered the supplied link which was given in email, did the self check-in and also video and microphone verification process at 9:30
10:00 AM arrived and "waiting on party to join" 4 minutes later at 10:04 Dr Williams video image appeared. She stated my video was poor and that she couldn't hear me. Dr. Williams called me on the phone and I told her I would try and use my phone.. I hung up with Dr. Williams and when I went to click the link on my phone it would not direct me to the video conference it would just continue to load.
Dr Williams called me back at 10:07 stating she will need to reschedule. I told her no, let me try a few other ways. She didn't have any patience.
After the phone call was over 10:09. I was able to connect with video and audio but she was not there. 10:10 I waited a few minutes

Dr Williams is very warm without being saccharine so was a good match with my sarcastic coping sense of humor, but was still good about asking guiding questions and educating around any questions I may have had.

Dr. Williams operates with precision, intelligence, compassion and communication with a whole commitment to ensure the best treatment outcome. Many Doctors & nurses could learn ALOT from her!

Dr. Williams is amazing. She was informative and listened to my concerns. She educated me further on my mental illness and we went through everything that had been going on. She explained the medication thoroughly and the treatment plan option. Needless to say my life has changed. I am finally myself again and it is amazing.
