It was okay. Was nervous because of all the negative reviews. It’s not necessarily a horrific experience it’s just more so that she doesn’t seem to be that interested. She was in the room with me for about 5 minutes. Glancedat my issue and diagnosed within 2 seconds. She then recommended 2 different treatments that aren’t a part of insurance. Wasn’t horrible but definitely going elsewhere for a second opinion just to make sure.

I waited 3 hours for my appointment, and was seen for literally under a minute. I have a nail fungus and was told "just put your nail in vinegar" which i could've googled. Completely unhelpful

Absolutely one of the worst doctor's visits that I have ever experienced. The front desk was unhelpful and seemed determined to not to talk to patients. The doctor took over an hour to see me (and when I asked the nurseshow much longer I'd have to wait after a good 20 minutes sitting alone in the exam room they looked at me like I was a diva for asking). When I finally did see the doctor she spent less than 10 minutes with me. BUT the worst part of the entire experience was the fact that the office never sent the bill to my insurance and didn't send me any bills except for a "final billing notice" in which they said I had 10 days to pay the bill or they would hand my case to a third party which could threaten my credit rating. When I called the office they told me they never submitted the bill to my insurance...HORRIBLE PRACTICE. NEVER AGAIN.

I was not very happy. She spent 3 min with us, told us what my son had and wrote prescription and gone. I didn't even get a chance to ask questions. I am going for another doctor who actually pays attention

I felt rushed and uncared for. 3 different nurses came in to ask me the same questions, and the doctor asked me the same questions as well. The doctor insisted I come back in a few weeks to deal with someissues instead of doing it all during the visit (things that would take 10 minutes at most). I will never go back there nor will I recommend this doctor to anybody I know, despite how close the office is to my house.

The waiting time here it’s crazy. I mean crazy. My appointment was schedule for 11:00 am, I arrive 10:50 and was entered to the patients room where the doctor was going to see me at 12:45. There I waited for about30 more mins for her to come and actually see me for no longer than 5 minutes. I don’t think I’m cling back here any more.

I appreciate the information received. However I felt as though the visit was about selling a product than getting to know me as a patient and alternate treatments that may be helpful to me. She looked at my face and actuallyfound several other things that an be done instead of zeroing in on what I was actually there for. I actually felt a bit rushed through the process of a consultation and decision making. This is not to say that Dr. Friedler does not know her profession, I just think that one needs to know his or her patient and not just the final dollar amt. for the visit.

Front office workers were unprofessional and were talking about personal business while patients were waiting. The office seemed rundown and smell of smoke was in the office. Dr Friedler seemed unfocused and inpatient. She was friendly butI did not feel assured with her treatment. I will pursue a second opinion.

Like hospital dermatologists, Dr. Friedler stood near the door and,, immediately after giving her final directions, disappeared from the room before I had a chance to think of further questions that I had. My advice to anyone seeing a dermatologistis to say at the beginning that they must promise not to leave before answering my question.s. Then the doctor will ask me to list all my questions at the beginning. Then you must say but, I may have more questions at the end so please don't leave until I finished understanding my situation.

This was my first visit with Dr. Friedler, but I felt immediately in the care of a highly qualified physician. Concerns I had were fully addressed without my having to bring them up. Her assistants were amiable as were the administration at the front desk. No complaints here!

I visited this doctor due to a keloid in my pubic region. This being such a sensitive area, I expected a lot more discretion or some form of accommodation from her. But what I actually got was a doctor who justrushed in there, discovered where my problem area was, and coldly instructed me to drop my pants and show her the lesion There was no mention of a gown for my modesty, especially in the presence of her assistant. She then clumsily retrieved a syringe and hastily, almost impatiently told me to expose myself again. I even had to REQUEST that she place me in a more conducive and accessible position for the procedure as she was ready to inject me as I sat awkwardly in the chair with my bear bottom sliding off of the seat. I was appalled at her lack of grace and sensitivity. She then scurried out of the room, after telling me to return in a month for another injection. She neglected even to ask if I had any questions, especially with it being my first visit. It was almost as though I was a distraction and a disruption to her regular scheduled programming.

I felt like I was being run through a dermatology speed dating service. The dr. spent less than 5 minutes in the room with me, and I had to stop her from leaving the room so I could ask questions aboutcertain procedures, which was my sole purpose for the screening.

I expressed to the doctor that I was switching from another doctor Because I feel that the connection of my illnesses with my digestive system abd hormones might have a connection with my breakouts, she didn't address my feelings. She didn'ttake the time to explain her thoughts or a long term plan. Just told me to meditate (I already do) and destress ( which I already am). She was robotic, carbon copying her speech to everyone. Not personal at all. Not interested in thinking outside the box or investigating this further.

I wasn't pleased at all. Felt rushed, all I got was prescription for medication, I was made to pay a copay despite having reached my max out of pocket deductible at least a few months ago after being hospitalized for 40days this year and I waited 1 hour and 50 mins to be seen for about 8 minutes. Truly terrible service. I was also approached with language that made me feel ugly and like there is something wrong with my appearance. They had obviously booked loads of people at the same time so I had to wait forever. They pushed laser hair removal on me because I have hair growth from a side effect of a medication and medication for acne because even though it's a side effect "don't you want to look better and do something about the acne?" I'm not going to take more medication to help my other medication. That makes no sense. I felt there was no personalization to the appointment whatsoever and I was referred to as "she" when being told I would "have" to come in again in a month for "the acne". When I got back to the reception desk and mentioned this the receptionist had no note of this and no information for a follow up. I was extremely, extremely disappointed with my appointment and I won't be going back. It felt also like all they cared about was the money and not the patient. I expected more and am disappointed and saddened by my entire experience.

I went for an annual dermatological screening, which I received, but I also received unsolicited and unwelcome comments on cosmetic bodily imperfections that has nothing to do with my health and procedures that could be performed to fix them.I left feeling insecure about my appearance. This is not appropriate when one goes to see a health professional. It would have been different if I had asked for her opinion.

Dr. Friedler was friendly and matter of fact. I had booked a full body screening but was given a ten minute appointment. I don't feel that Dr. Friedler spent enough time with me. She did the full body screening in underten minutes. I am someone who lives in the sun almost 9 months a year and feel that a more thorough screening would be more appropriate. I did tell the doctor about my exposure the the sun but she didn't seem concerned. The office wait was very long and there were no emergencies so the office staff over booked.

It was short and to the point. I saw an MA, she was very nice as well as the first doctor I saw. Then Dr. Friedler came to check on me, she checked out the first problem area and I feltreassured with her diagnosis. Then she checked second area, suggested an aid for my symptoms and told me how long I should expect them. I was very pleased with the visit and would go back in the future.

Dr. Friedler uses double speak. She speaks to the patient and nurse simultaneously, explaining diagnosis in billing terms so that the nurse can chart. It may be efficient, but it made me feel like an object, a commodity.

Waited for 2 hours to be seen, waiting room was so full had to stand in the corner for the first hour of waiting, this was my first time at this doctor...I chose a female doctor because I feel more comfortableyet before I even see the doctor some male student comes in the room to question me and examine me to "get practice" Once doctor came I felt like she didnt care to really help me just wanted to sell her expensive treatments, which I paid hoping it would help me but it even got worse and I paid hundreds of dollars for more skin problems!? I would not recommend this doctor and I am never going back!

I felt worse about myself after visiting this doctor. Although my acne cleared up a bit, I do not recommend her. She doesn't seem likes she cares about my concerns and always found options that are expensive when i know thereare cheaper options. She's sarcastic and has no sympathy.
