What if we don't take your insurance? We can provide a SUPERBILL that you can submit to your insurance plan for reimbursement. You may pay for the appointment with a credit card or VENMO. Just let us know, and we will assist in booking.

Dr. Zak’s appointment process was quick, easy, and precise. I felt that she listened and understood what I was communicating with her.
