The NP was not very helpful. Not a great listener. I explained to her my symptoms, but she didn't really take it into consideration. She made me feel like my feelings weren't valid? The medication she prescribed was not helpful at all. Definitely do not recommend.

I didn’t get to speak to a doctor so I hope my insurance wasn’t charged for a virtual appointment that never happened. I stated to the representative from the clinic that I had asthma and I needed a doctor’s note for the day, which she denied me stating I would have to be seen by the doctor. I never spoke to the doctor at all, and wasted my time. I will contact my insurance to make sure that clinic didn’t charge them for no reason l

I scheduled a virtual first time appointment my a new doctor at Swift urgent care.. With the pain I had and other symptoms I was experiencing the doctor understood my needs and prescribed the medications needed right away and the meds were at the pharmacy within 30 mins. The doctor was attentive and compassionate. My go to care for urgent needs.

Swift urgent care review - Jan 2024:
Doctor was excellent, but office processes were slow. Needed a physician for travel insurance after collarbone fracture. Emergency room wasn't ideal for non-life-threatening paperwork. Doctor tried her best but couldn't sign as she didn't treat me initially. No stars deducted.
Bill uncertain for video chat. Lack of info during the process. Multiple pre-appointment calls had language barriers and impatience. System seemed inefficient. Two office calls, 15-20 min delay in Zoom, unnecessary nurse consultation with redundant questions and minimal info conveyed to the doctor.
