It was impossible to contact this office ahead of time. There’s different numbers depending on where you look and none offered a “speak to the Tysons receptionist” option.
Parking - look for the 2 hour parking spots there’s only a few and all others are towed.
The front desk, medical assistant and doctor were pleasant, professional, and kind.
None of my Zocdoc info was transferred - they still needed my ID and insurance card. I don’t know if any of the forms I filled out beforehand made a difference because there were forms to fill out when I arrived. Upon checkout they were unable to verify what my copay should be, so now I will receive a bill in the mail which is inconvenient.
The follow up from this office has been dismal. The doctor asked me for a few things and no one offered to contact the hospital or doctors to get this medical info. No one has followed up with me to clarify what they need, they told me in the room and I guess I was supposed to record it or write it down.
