I was told that I would have to move my appointment to see the doctor I booked but when I arrived I was still presented with a different doctor. The subsequent care didn’t seem adequate for my condition.

I enjoyed seeing Dr. Tai Ly, DC. He was friendly, attentive, and delivered great services. The only issue is they don't accept my insurance, even though ZocDoc stated they do. I've seen several chiropractors over the years and Dr. Tai stood out. I left his office feeling a lot better. Hopefully I'll have an opportunity to go again.

I initially came to Dr. Ly for neck stiffness. He worked his magic & I got relief from migraines that have been going on for months prior to seeing him! Highly recommend him for any pain or concerns.

Dr. Ly... A life saver to say the best! On multiple occasions, I've had instances where I've woken up with sharp pain in my back and after my visit with Dr. Ly, was able to feel brand new again! His attention to detail, couples with his charasmatic personality sets the scene for a terrific experience. 6 stars from me, across the board.

Dr. Ly is wonderful. I have had the pleasure of seeing him for acute lower back pain and he was able to effectively communicate everything regarding my condition as well as his choices in treatment. The office and its employees were so awesome. i told them i was on my lunch hour and they sped things ups o fast.. the massage i got from them was divine I'VE NEVER had a massage so good. Will deff be going back although my experience with Zocdoc was negative. I'm actually not covered at this location, zocdoc does this quite often. Zocdoc also only has doctors in downtown manhattan .. dont know whats up with that. Happy the office was amazing.
