Got to the appointment site for appointed time, the doctor was 40mins late to my appointment. Highly unprofessional in my opinion. If I didn’t ask where the doctor was at I would’ve paid a copay for an appointment I could no longer attend.

I made appointment through zocdoc over a week ago because I was referred by a ENT in my office I’m currently working at. The staff called me a day prior to the actual appointment saying they needed to cancel my appointment. They never gave a clear reason as to why my appointment needed to be cancel. When I question why I was receiving a call late/close to my appt. I got a lame excuse as to them not seeing the appointment until the moment they called. Which is insane because I work in an office that uses zocdoc. We have multiple people checking zocdoc for new patients. I just don’t think I should’ve received a call a day before my son appointment telling me I need to cancel & also telling me I need to go
On zocdoc to cancel or reschedule. The lady called back 2 min later saying “ a few patients cancelled during the time I wanted” so she can put my son back onto the schedule.. like ??? Despite the staff, I’ve heard the DR is amazing. Just wish I had the pleasure of meeting the DR.

Very Satisfied with overall visit. I was well received. Dr. Talley took time to explain what her plan of care would be to get my hearing concerns taken care of, she review all results. Her recommendations for hearing aid were review & she took time to review on how to use hearing aid
