Dr. Tamara was drawn to acupuncture after experiencing transformational healing for back pain and reproductive health. She earned her Doctorate of Acupuncture at the Won Institute of Graduate Studies. Through acupuncture and holistic therapies, Tamara helps clients overcome physical and emotional barriers to restore balance and wellness. She treats a range of conditions, including back pain, sciatica, anxiety, depression, digestive issues, insomnia, immune concerns, and neurological disorders. Her approach integrates Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Five Element, and Traditional Korean Medicine (TKM).
