Hi there, I'm Tamara!
Hello! I am a Nurse Practitioner with dual board certifications in Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Practice. I am also a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional. My background includes over 19 years of experience working in private practice and community health centers with focuses in mental health, primary care, and wellness providing care to individuals age 18 and up.
My approach
Using evidence based guidelines as well as an integrative approach to provide safe and holistic mental health care. I provide medication management, individual therapy, and wellness recommendations. My mission is to ensure you get the best outcomes physically and mentally. Due to telehealth federal regulations, I do not prescribe controlled substances, including but not limited to Xanax, Klonopin, or Adderall.

I typically work with clients 18yrs and up who have anxiety, depression, and mood disorders.
