A native New Yorker, Tara moved to the South Bay in 2010 to earn her Master’s in Chinese Medicine from Emperor’s College in Santa Monica and her Doctorate from Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego. She lives by the beach in San Pedro with her husband and three children.
