The medical provider didn’t introduce herself, and didn’t ask me to confirm my identity, and her profile photo didn’t look like her when we connected. There were also a few Teams calls in the background buzzing her. It felt unprofessional. I also didn’t feel she provided a wholistic approach to all I was experiencing.

Not sure who's at fault. I put podiatrist in my search and got the name of this provider. On the paper work, I stated that I was looking for help with an issue with a corn/callus only to be told at arrival that the PA did not address foot corns/calluses as she is not a podiatrist. They could have called me before the appointment to tell me this since the hour of documents I completed and signed two days before the a=appointment clearly stated what I needed. I took off work early and went way out of my way to get to the podiatrist only to find, it wasn't a podiatrist at all.

She was great I really appreciate how nice she was, patient, and did a very good job. You couldn't tell that my tooth had been chipped at all after she was done! It chipped off within a few days but she fixed it again free of extra charge and I appreciate that since I paid so much out of pocket the first time.

Tasha was in the room all of 3 minutes to tell me to continue my treatment from a different doctor. Although I practically begged her for something different since nothing was helping. Which I ended up getting at the ER and feel much better no thanks to her. She also gave me a pamphlet about the sickness I was already aware of having. However, the receptionist and medical assistant were very friendly and helpful.
