I felt for the first time in my life I was heard and treated amazingly. Fastest place to get into after years waiting. Excepts most insurances. Recommend to the max.
My initial psychiatric medicine review was exceptionally thorough, professional and compassionate. As a result of insightful discussion the Practitioner realized that a dosage change on a current medication might assist with an issue I had forgotten to mention. I appreciate the professional dedication and attention given to my concerns.

I was so stressed about getting an appointment to refill my medication, but was able to find multiple providers who took my insurance, and booked a video call appointment for the next day. It was incredibly easy. The appointment went well, the provider was a good listener and went over my medical history and goals, even some cognitive behavioral strategies. My prescription was filled that day. I’ll be seeing them in person at the next appointment (legally you can’t just do telehealth only), but in a much calmer setting now that I’m not panicking about a refill. I really never bother to write reviews, but this experience took my anxiety from a 10/10 almost immediately to a 3/10 (I mean it wasn’t going to be zero, I’m on the meds for a reason). I don’t know why I had in my head zocdoc would be a scam or subscription service or cost money, but it literally just gives you a list of the providers you need, who take your insurance, and you click on when they’re available next. So simple.
