About Dr. Teeya Raghunandan
Dr. Teeya Raghunandan is a highly skilled board qualified podiatrist, who brings an abundance of expertise and compassion to her patients.
She received her Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience at the distinctive all women's college, Smith College and her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM), from the New York College of Podiatric of Medicine.
Dr. Raghunandan furthered her career at a 3-year podiatric surgical residency program at NYU Grossman Long Island School of Medicine in Mineola, NY and NYU Langone Hospital-Suffolk. During her years as a resident, she worked with a wide range of patient populations and had extensive training in both conservative and surgical managements for a multitude of foot and ankle concerns. Her extensive training at a Level 1 Trauma Center has allowed her to specialize in limb salvage, wound care, sports medicine, bunions, hammertoes and more.
Dr. Raghunandan also holds board qualifications from the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS), assuring a standard care of her patients. She is committed to furthering her education and growth in the field of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery, having taken part in national conferences and producing publications. She is also a part of various reputable professional organizations, including the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS) and the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA).

I highly recommend Dr. Li. He is very courteous, polite, and he genuinely took a bona fide interest in my care. He is smart, he knows his expertise very well and you get the feeling you're in the right place immediately. He is not concerned about meeting quotas, or unnecessary procedures to "jack up" fees, turning people in need into nothing more than a billable procedure. He exemplifies HEALTHECARE the way HEALTHECARE used to be in the United States until the greed of the Fat Cats decided to turn it into a business at the expense of the unsuspecting patient. KUDOS!!! The doctor was very friendly. She has great bedside manner. She ordered xvrays for my foot and explained each xray thoroughly. She listened as I spoke. I didn't feel like the visit was rushed. She said I am welcome to come back if necessary. Her receptionist was also very friendly. She was very careful with my foot as the xrays were done.

Everybody was extremely friendly Dr. Tia was phenomenal of cutting off my ingrown toenail. Don’t get me wrong. It’s still hurt a bit, but she was excellent at her job.

I have nothing but positive comments about Robins Podiatry! All the staff were amicable and polite. Dr. Teeya was informative and gentle. She told me before and during the toe clipping that if I felt any pain, she would stop. She also informed me about two types of medications: oral and topical. When she mentioned that I needed to have monthly blood tests while on the oral medication, she offered me the topical treatment instead.
The only setback was the paperwork. I forgot to fill out the forms on Zocdoc before my appointment, so that one was on me.
