55 Madison Ave, Ste 400, Morristown, NJ
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, substance use concerns, and other mental health conditions. If you are looking for help with anxiety treatment, depression treatment, ADHD medication management, mood disorders, or psychiatric medications, my goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to your individual needs. I provide comprehensive mental health evaluations, psychiatric diagnosis, medication evaluation and management, treatment planning, patient education, and ongoing medication monitoring. I believe effective psychiatric care starts with understanding you as a whole person—not simply treating a diagnosis or a list of symptoms. My experience includes outpatient psychiatry as well as inpatient behavioral health, including treatment of individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. I also have an extensive medical nursing background, which helps me consider both your physical and mental health when developing a treatment plan. I am currently working towards my Doctorate which enhances my ability to serve you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe psychiatric care should be collaborative, compassionate, and personalized. I take time to listen to your concerns, understand how your symptoms are affecting your daily life, and discuss your treatment options. If medication is appropriate, I will explain the potential benefits, risks, and alternatives so that you can be actively involved in decisions about your care. My goal is to help you feel heard, respected, and comfortable asking questions about your mental health or medications.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Your first appointment will include a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation where we discuss your symptoms, psychiatric and medical history, current and previous medications, past treatments, lifestyle, and treatment goals. We will then develop an individualized mental health treatment plan, which may include psychiatric medication management when clinically appropriate. During follow-up appointments, I will monitor your symptoms, medication effectiveness, potential side effects, and overall progress. We can adjust your treatment as needed to find an approach that works well for you. Whether you are seeking treatment for anxiety or depression, ADHD evaluation and medication management, treatment for bipolar disorder, or ongoing psychiatric medication management, I am committed to helping you improve your symptoms, functioning, and overall quality of life.
