This provider is very kind, answered all of my questions and made me feel safe and welcome. However, I was prescribed medication on July 15th. A lot of medications require prior auth that must be submitted by the provider, and that has yet to be done. Today is August 4th. I called 3 times and left a message through the portal, in addition to my pharmacy reaching out. A customer rep tried to convince me to make an appointment to ask the provider to submit the forms, but I dont think its fair for me to have to make an appointment, and my insurance to be billed, just to ask the provider to do something that should’ve been done 3 weeks ago. Again, this provider was great and kind, but what if it was a medication that I needed urgently. Now I have to find another psych provider and start the process all over again.
