I received my Post Master’s at Herzing University and 12 years of nursing experience in the psychiatric field ranging from child to adult inpatient care and outpatient mental health. My focus is on the treatment of mood disorders, trauma, psychotic disorders, and chronic mental illness.
My approach
Theresa follows evidence-based guidelines blended with clinical experience and personal observation. Theresa believes in creating an individualized care plan that values client involvement, interprofessional collaboration, and evidence-based practice through comprehensive psychiatric assessment, medication management, and brief psychotherapeutic intervention.
My focus
Can diagnose and treat a wide range of mental illnesses ages ranging from 18 to 70. These can include but are not limited to depression, insomnia, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, ADHD, eating disorder, and schizophrenia; symptoms such as anxiety and paranoia. Given my patients flexibility, this provider is available after hours and on weekends. Accepting initial and follow-up visits.

Intake paper work was not under the name of the office I was booked with, so as soon as the call started I was berated. Would not let me speak half of the time, and if i spoke with any nuance instead of a yes or a no to her questions, I was basically harrassed. It was demeaning and I felt AWFUL afterwards. Felt like all she wanted was to shove medication at me instead of actually wanting to help me.
