About Dr. Thomas Chun
Dr. Thomas Chun is an urologist caring for Marietta, GA community. Dr. Chun graduated from Emory University in Atlanta and received his medical degree from the University of Miami. He completed his general surgery residency at the Hospital of St. Raphael and his urology residency at Brady Urological Institute and Emory University School of Medicine.
Dr. Chun is board certified in Urology. He joined Urology Associates in 2003 and is currently on staff at the Marietta and East Cobb offices.
Dr. Chun is committed to minimally invasive surgery and performs cutting-edge surgery using the daVinci Surgical System. He is a prominent thought-leader for robotic prostate and kidney surgery. He currently serves as a proctor for robotic-assisted surgery and has given a series of lectures on the benefits of the daVinci Surgical System.

Dr Chun was fantastic. He listened to my concerns and throughly explained my condition. He also used a white board to provide a detailed visual which helped me process the information.
The staff was professional and courteous which isn't always the case at many doctors offices.

Great! He really liked Dr. Chun & felt he was very thorough.
Only negative is, my husband was told it would take 4 weeks for his surgery. He clearly can’t wait that long. Not only is he in a lot of pain, he is unable to sleep at night because of it. With work, stacking bills & two young children, he needs to have this dealt with ASAP. No one can go 4 weeks without sleep, the inability to work full schedules hours or be present with your children.
He was referred to a urologist because his condition was urgent enough to be seen immediately. Therefore, we’re hoping the surgery is scheduled within the week.
