It was a clean environment I like the fact that there's parking for my car . They took care of me fast and they will contact me when the results come in . I have a feeling that the doctor is going to be my permanent primary care doctor.

I had a 400pm appointment, I contacted the front desk due to traffic from the city to the location I would be 10 mins late. When I arrived (9mins late) the receptionist gave me paperwork to fill out. A short time after she returned and stated the doctor will not see you and I needed to be rescheduled.
Please note I left work in the city to go to this appointment to be told I will not be seen. I take full accountability of being late but I made the notifications of being late and was told that would be okay.
This is poor communication and lack of professionalism.

I have been Dr. Lecher's patient for approximately 30 years and can recall early visits. Dr. Lecher is as thorough and informative today as he was during each of my early visits. In addition, his staff has always been courteous and helpful.

My experience was amazing and wonderful. The staff was so friendly. Dr. Lecher listened, understood, and provided alot of helpful information. I highly recommend him. My family is already asking for his information to make appointment with him!! If I could, I would give them more than 5 stars!!!
