Thomas looked frustrated and stressed when I spoke with him. He took my comments as lies without listening and treated me as a mental disorder, not as a person. I get that seeing a patient online and sitting in front of the computer all day can be stressful. I let him know that I did not feel comfortable about the way he was treating me and let him know that I want to find a different provider.
