Honestly my experience the NP exclusively was a good experience, however the offices communication and patient services needs to improve big time. I waited almost 2 hours to be seen (though they later stated it was due an emergency). At my appointment I did lab and a Pap smear on September 13th. Today October 28th I have yet to receive my results even with calling every week like they instructed. When I call they tell me the same excuse: the doctor haven’t read the results yet. This morning 10/28 I was told it be uploaded to my patient portal. Well yet again I don’t have the results. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
