Getting to know Tiffany Guirand
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, licensed in Pennsylvania. I specialize in Depression, Anxiety, Sleep Disorders, and ADHD.
I take a holistic approach when it comes to providing support and care for mental health. I provide brief supportive therapy, CBT techniques, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness Exercises.
I'm most comfortable with Depression, Anxiety, Depression and Sleep Disorders.
I'm an active listener. You will be given ample time to share your issues/concerns, which is followed by a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. Together, we discuss the findings and collaboratively create/initiate a treatment plan.
This journey is personal for me. I've witnessed how loved ones were negatively impacted in various areas of their lives due to unmanaged mental health disorders.
We establish a baseline, create/initiate a treatment plan, and then follow up as needed to ensure the treatment plan is achieving its goals.
The first session is information gathering, followed by a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, and completed with a treatment plan.

I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor. I had a scheduled video appointment, and the doctor never showed up. I waited for a long time without any communication or explanation. This shows a lack of professionalism and respect for patients’ time. If reliability and basic courtesy can’t be maintained, it makes me question the quality of care they provide. I would not recommend this doctor based on my experience.
