With extensive experience in the field of sports medicine, Dr. Petsche offers the latest advancements in orthopedic treatments. Patients receive comprehensive diagnosis and treatment options, with risks and benefits discussed. Patients also receive extensive education so they can make informed decisions based on their own health and expectations. Most patients are successfully treated without the need for surgery. This often includes a home exercise program, physical therapy, activity modification, medication, or injection(s). Each team member works closely with physical and occupational therapists to help patients regain pain-free range of motion, strength, and function after injury or surgery. An athlete himself, Dr. Petsche prides himself as someone who athletes and sports enthusiasts can relate to. From participation in such youth sports as baseball, football, basketball, soccer, gymnastics and golf, Dr. Petsche went on to compete in All-State and All-American springboard diving in high school.
