I think the word I want to use is efficiency. There was not any small talks. It was straight to the point but I love how Dr. Wong appears professional and know what she’s doing. Sometimes less is more.

The wait time was ridiculously. I felt that I was rushed The doctor was pleasant and friendly but I felt like the visit was hurried. They could not get my blood as I'm a poor stick and now I must make an appointment to do blood work in a lab. They did explain they were short staffed that day so I'm hoping my next visit goes better if not I'll search for another pcp.

Dr Wong is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She is extremely kind and patient, understanding and goes behond to help me get healthy and better. She takes her time explaining everything so I can understand it and is always looking to see how she can improve my health. She listens to my concerns and questions and addresses them in a very professional matter. She very understanding and ALWAYS follows up on me when I am sick. She took extremely Excellent care of me at the hospital and came to see how I was doing or if I needed anything. I feel very lucky and thankful to have found such an amazing Dr. Ting Ting Wong .
