As a board-certified, fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon, Dr. Ricks provides expert surgical and non-surgical care. She earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and completed fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Surgery at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health.

I like that the Dr. took her time to explain things in detail. There is no rush to get you in/out of the office. I would recommend Dr. Ricks given her expertise, attention to detail and most importantly on her bedside manner!

Coming from a person who dreads going to doctors, these women are GREAT. They take your issue seriously, they speak to you clearly and really make sure you know what’s going on with both your injury and your bill, and they immediately get you started on a plan to recovery. Very low wait time, they imported most documents from ZocDoc so there wasn’t repetitive paperwork, and every person from the receptionist to the doctor was extremely kind. I have a follow up scheduled with them, and it’s the first time in a long time that I’m happy to go back to a doctor’s office!

The office is conveniently located and clean. The staff, from the security downstairs to the Admin, and the Medical Assistant everyone was wonderfully nice caring and efficient. I would definitely recommend this Doctor she has great bed side manners. She is a fantastic listener and was very thorough with her examination and diagnosis.
Ten out of ten I recommend.

One of the best doctor visits I've ever had. Dr. Ricks was so knowledgeable, helpful and kind as was her office staff. The office was spotless and comfortable and there was zero wait time. I highly recommend.

Dr. Rick’s is awesome and I will be going back to see her for my continued recovery of my fractured foot. She was really thorough in listening to me explanations and asking questions, as well as gentle in doing her assessment of my foot. She also took a lot of time and care to explain to me the current status of my fracture, all of the considerations, and the details of my treatment plan. She answered all of my questions and even talked me through the situation with my insurance which I have found doctors very rarely are willing to do rather then pushing me off to their admin team, and I really appreciated that she took time to talk to me about insurance. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

The staff at the office were great and friendly. I definitely feel very confident and comfortable about the treatment I received and would recommend it for others who required podiatry attention.
