Nurse Practitioner Ti'Shambay Thompson and their staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. While the wait time was a bit longer than expected, the excellent care and attention I received more than made up for it. Once I got into the exam room, Nurse Practitioner Ti'Shambay Thompson took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and explain everything thoroughly, which made me feel valued and heard.
