About Dr. Todd Givens
Dr. Todd Givens is a founding partner and the Clinical Director of Hudson Sport & Spine. He has been working in private practice since 2009. Dr. Givens is a New Jersey licensed and board-certified chiropractic physician, credentialed by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Monmouth University and his Doctor of Chiropractic from Parker University in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Givens has a broad background in multifaceted sports medicine. His expertise includes conservative, non-surgical treatment of acute and chronic spinal and extremity disorders, with a clinical focus on herniated discs, spinal rehabilitation, sports injuries, and migraine headaches. He is currently a member of the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors.

I had back pain fir which decided to see Dr Todd , he was amazing from day one . He explained to me listened to the problems I was facing regarding my back and he suggested me to start my physio right away , been 3 weeks and I am already feeling much better the staff has been great there.I highly recommend of him .

I’ve been to many different chiropractors over the years who simply cracked my back and collected a check. Dr. Givens goes above and beyond for his patients. He takes the time to speak with you and try and find out what is the root cause for your issues. He also utilizes multiple tools and therapies in order find his patients the b was t relief he can. Can’t recommend his services enough!

Dr. Givens was great and very friendly, but the whole office seems VERY salesy. They make you come back to get the results of your XRay, which is odd since they're available right away. Just put me on a massage machine and didn't offer an adjustment until I said that was the purpose of my visit and was told I would need to pay out of pocket - which I knew going in so that was fine. Seems weird that they wanted me to keep coming back and paying out of pocket for multiple visits that are other offices are taken care of in one visit.

Dr. Todd and his team are very professional and flexible with working to schedule appointments. I have been seeing him for a month and a half now and have seen improvements in my lower back pain.

After an unbearable night of neck pain, I was able to make a same day Monday appointment. I was seen at my appointment time and the staff was quite professional. From check in to being seen by the doc to therapy with the techs, everyone had great bedside manner and everyone explained what was to come. The girls explained the insurance and billing explicitly, which I appreciate.
The doctor also calls in to check on patients after the appointment. This level of care is very rare nowadays.
Certainly recommend!

I was in extreme pain and the office took me and helped me through it. The office is truly a one stop shop. The staff is friendly and amazing. Dr Givens is amazing. He was able to treat me and give me a plan of action to recovery. I have suffered with the pain of my back for a while and he was the first person that made it all make sense.

I went in to see Dr. Givens because I’ve been having a persistent headache for almost a week with no relief from medications. After reviewing my symptoms he suggested I see a neurologist. I was upset, I thought my appointment was over and I would still no have answers. I was wrong! Dr. Givens then examined my hips, spine, head, neck and shoulders. We did x-rays and then I have electrical stimulation of my back and neck followed up by a roller on my back for about 10 minutes. Before I left I booked and appointment for next week to discuss and treatment plan then asked how much I owed. Much to my surprise they told me everything they had done today was complementary! I was so shocked. I can’t wait to see if treatments with Dr. Givens help the issues I’m having with my headaches.

To be quite honest, I'm surprised Doctor Todd would have anything less than 5 star reviews across the board. His positive demeanor pours over to his staff, which sets the right tone from day one. He takes his time to get to know you and your ailment(s), works with your insurance to make things easy for you, and communicates an efficient and thorough rehabilitation plan. He makes it easy to book services like acupuncture and massage as part of your general rehab program, which has been a welcomed addition to my routine for managing back pain!

Hudson Sport & Spine is by far the best location I've been to for any type of treatment for back & neck pain. I've tried various acupuncturists, massage therapists, physical therapy clinics and the treatment here was unbeatable - especially in the Hoboken area. Dr. Todd & Suzy are truly amazing and genuinely care for each patient. They both take the time to explain any insurance questions as well as explaining your treatment in detail.

Dr. Todd is excellent! He was very insightful about my prognosis and his treatment is working great compared with past experiences with chiropractors. Office is very clean with brand new equipment and they are always flexible to accomodate my schedule.
