Patients must contact the office for screening purposes at least 24 hours prior to booking an appointment. You may lose your appointment date and time if no screening has been completed and/or all required documents are not submitted. All appointments must be confirmed via phone call and/or text. TMS patients are welcome, with appointments available within 5 days or less. Screening is required before appointment confirmation; without screening, the appointment is voided.
I will not prescribe amphetamines of any kind to patients who cannot prove they have attention deficit disorder that started in childhood, including psychological testing and written statements from their teachers. Care First Medical Group provides caring, individualized treatment that helps our patients find relief from emotional and physical pain, medication management issues, and problems with alcohol and prescription medications. We are an evidence-based medical practice, using the most current medical research and advanced pharmacology to address each patient’s needs.
We primarily work on an outpatient basis so our patients can experience minimal disruption to their personal and professional lives while they heal. Our exceptional psychological services complement our medical approach. When appropriate, we also recommend nutritional support, exercise, and integrative healing methods, including acupuncture, medication, and massage therapy from our trusted network of professionals.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Chatham University.

ONCE SCREENING HAS TAKEN PLACE AND INSURANCE HAS BEEN VERIFIED, YOU MUST CONFIRM APPOITMENT DURING BUSSINESS HOURS FROM 9:00AM-4:30PM WITH A STAF, 24 HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINMTENT!!!!
