Most relevant
I am very disappointed regarding my recent scheduled appointment. I was very much looking forward to it however, I was never contacted at the designated time. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out using the number provided, I did not receive a return call or any communication to inform me if my appointment was cancelled or any updates. It felt like such a waste of time. I had hope to finally open up and speak to someone but this was definitely a fail.
