“I was a little taken aback when walking in the waiting room to check in because it was full of men. I was there for a well women’s exam. However, I was told there are 7 providers who see patients for general medical reasons and pretty much anything a pcp would see a patient for. That was good information. The provider I saw was very nice, explained everything before and during exams. My lab results came back pretty fast. My appointment was on a Friday and I had results rolling in over the weekend and early the next week. A lot of positives. If I had to make a complaint it would be that the wait time was very long before being called to the back and waiting for the provider to come to the room. My appointment was at 10:30 or 11 and I left the office after 1pm. That was my only complaint. But I will be going back because I was treated very well. ”
