Was searching for a new primary as mine retired and Dr. Tracy Rutherford was exactly what I was looking for. She was a great listener on my past and present health concerns and I wasn’t rushed thru my appt, They treated me as though my time was as important as theirs. I will return next month for my continued care.

Tracy and her colleague (male) were very thorough. They saw an issue with my vitals and advised against the ear procedure and then conducted an EKG on site which was not part of the schedule. I have complex medical issues & in the past, I never felt heard by my primary care providers. Ms. Rutherford actively listened to my medical history without trying to rush me. I made my appointment the day before & once there, they took me right back. Now, I just hope she doesn't move or change practices!

I had a great experience with this dr. It was my first time. I was seen in less than 30 minutes of my arrival. Never had an ekg done before so that was a bonus. The doctor welcomed me and listened to my concerns and agreed to work with me!

Awful service, waited for 2 hours for a simple 5 minute ear cleaning. Brought me to 3 different rooms during the process and the NP confused me with another patient, the tech kept trying to clean out the wrong ear, neither seemed like they had any clue what was going on. overall was very unprofessional and do no recommend

The service attitude is good! It's just a simple physical examination...no special examination...the electrocardiogram machine is broken...I will make an appointment to go back for an electrocardiogram tomorrow...it will take time...

The office was clean but there was no music playing so the conversations from the front desk could be clearly heard in the waiting area. The receptionist was great and made me feel comfortable and that she cared about everyone there.
The provider was nice but asked me multiple questions, which I had already provided in my paperwork. Overall, it was an okay experience.

Told her about my concerns but didn’t even look at what was wrong. Just prescribed me antibiotics without even checking. Was very nice and kind but kindness doesn’t get you healthy. The office staff were all great, Denise was very kind and helpful.
