Tracy Peralta is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She began her nursing career in 2007, working in the emergency department and cardiac intensive care unit. Tracy earned her Associate's degree from San Diego City College, her Bachelor's degree from the University of California, San Diego, and completed her Master's in Adult Geriatric Nursing at California State University, Long Beach. She became an adult/geriatric nurse practitioner in 2014. Through her experience as a nurse practitioner, she recognized the vital role mental health plays in overall well-being. Tracy is passionate about caring for the geriatric population and is excited to provide care for children, adolescents, and adults as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. In her free time, she enjoys exploring community parks with her family.
