About Triquana Davis

I am a proud graduate from Winston-Salem State University where I received my bachelor's and master's degrees. Winston-Salem is where I grew up, and I love making it my home today. In my spare time, I enjoy being with my family and friends and learning new skills. I plan to remain a lifelong learner. My favorite sport to watch is basketball, and my favorite player is LeBron James. I was officially introduced to the medical field in 1997 when I started working as a secretary at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center. Seeing all the nurses in action was inspiring to me. As I got to know them and learned from them, my innate passion for helping people grew. I knew healthcare - specifically, family medicine - was the right path for me because I wanted to take care of people of all ages. Helping people get and stay healthy has remained the focus of my career. The foundation of my practice starts with getting to know my patients and understanding their beliefs, concerns and any barriers they have to good health. I take their health and their concerns seriously, and I encourage their questions and engagement throughout their healthcare journey.
