Getting to know Dr. Trisha Cardillo
I am a board-certified adult psychiatrist. I earned my medical degree from Florida Atlantic University and completed psychiatry residency at Memorial Healthcare System in Hollywood, Florida. I have served as an outpatient attending psychiatrist, founded a private practice, and taught and mentored early-career psychiatrists.
I believe you deserve time, careful assessment, and a collaborative partnership. I provide holistic, individualized care for ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and other complex conditions. My primary focus is medication management, with mindfulness, supportive therapy, and CBT to empower you.
I begin with a thorough assessment to understand your history, concerns, goals, and needs. Together, we develop an individualized treatment plan and adjust it as needed. I also have training in psychodynamic and DBT and may recommend adding a therapist when specialized therapy would be helpful.
