About Dr. Tyler Manson
Dr. Tyler Manson was born and raised in Salem, Oregon. He graduated from South Salem High School. He then earned his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Midwestern University. He completed a 3 year surgical residency in Chicago, IL and worked in private practice in Chicago for 3 years. He moved back home to Salem in 2018, where he worked in private practice for another 3 years. He took over Oregon Institute of Foot Care from Dr. Dee Granville in February, 2022. He enjoys gardening, traveling, and enjoying the beautiful opportunities that only Oregon can provide.
*Important note: The best way to enter our office is from Leonard Street. The Leonard Street entrance to the building is accessible to all abilities. There is street parking directly in front of the office and there is a large parking lot directly across the street.
If you choose to park off of State Street in the large shopping center parking lot with businesses like Whole Foods, Ace Hardware, Willamette Valley Vineyards, Laughing Planet, Yoga Six, and Pure Barre, you will have to walk up the stairs to enter our office. There are two sets of stairs, one indoor next to Willamette Valley Vineyards, and one outdoor next to Laughing Planet. Our office is located directly above Laughing Planet.

Dr. Manson was very professional, kind and informative about all my options and the pros and cons of each. The procedure went smoothly. Post-procedure instructions were very clear. All the staff were welcoming and understanding. I recommend Dr. Manson without any hesitation.

The bedside manner was phenomenal! Dr. Manson came into the room, introduced himself, took a good look at my foot and toenail and then educated me on the different approaches to help my problem. I made my decision based on the knowledge he gave me and now I’m one week into my treatment. He was absolutely amazing, I recommend him 100%! Jody at the front office was so welcoming and made me feel like we were two friends. She’s the first person I saw walking into the office and she set the bar high. So friendly and welcoming. Again, I recommend this office! So happy I chose Dr.Manson & his staff to help me with my toenail issue.

I have been battling an infection on my toe for at least a decade. Three other podiatrists told me nothing could be done to help the nail grow out properly and to simply add a false nail to the toe. Dr. Manson clearly understood the issue, went over the various treatment options, and gave me clear percentages of the probability of success. He is the first doctor to have and recommend laser treatment combined with oral medication. I'm hopeful that this will fix things, but also am going into it clearly understanding my odds due to the careful explanation by Dr. Manson. I am extremely impressed with him!

The office was near impossible to find. I called the office telling them where I was and was given clear instructions on how to proceed to parking right in front of the office.

This was my first visit with Dr. Manson. The staff were very welcoming. I was taken in to the exam room at my appointment time.
Dr. Manson listened with interest to my specific issues and concerns. He examined my feet and asked me questions which helped him to better assess what is possible to help resolve my concerns.
I appreciated that he clearly answered all my questions and responded with what specific options (choices) I have to make in order to determine how to best approach my needs.
I decided to have a laboratory assessment done. Once that result is received, Dr. Manson will discuss with me what options or care can then be provided.
I like that it was a two way conversation and that he was not trying to "push me" into making costly decisions without knowing all the facts & all of my options. He was conversational in his advice and was very nice. Based on this first time meeting with him, I would definately recommend him to others.
