“Nice staff, clean environment and able to make an appointment. I waited about 10 -15 mins to be taken back and get vitals etc. I needed an ekg and the machine wasn’t working so they had to get another one from down the hall. The assistant mentioned that the ekg machine was acting up - which isn’t a good thing. Maybe get a new one? That took some time and it did take another 15 mins or so to see the provider. It wasn’t crowded but I waited longer than I should have with an appointment. ”

I was seen right away. There is never a wait at this urgent care. The PA I saw got me the correct medication and was very good at figuring out what I needed. I arrived at my appt time and was seen and out the door within a half an hour.

This is always my go-to urgent care when anyone in my family is in need of medical care. We always get in right away, the staff is wonderful and the providers are fantastic and very thorough. Highly recommend!

Dr. Rhee and his staff were all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Rhee was such a kind doctor that listened patiently to me as I tried explaining my issues in a fragile state, without interrupting and rushing me along, which that is a usual situation. I appreciate it.

period of set appointment. Staff were very friendly and caring. I had been seen at this location before and they had basic information on me, including insurance information. The staff and visit were wonderful. Unfortunately the care could have been better due to company policy. I needed a throat culture which I was told couldn't be done for self pay. I couldn't even get an order written. Which isnt acceptable care for a routine issue.

Went in for what I thought was kidney stones or UTI. I lead with that, Dr. addresses that and did not diagnose or order any further tests. Simply told if pain gets worse go to the ER. I could have stayed home and took Tylenol, and of course if I had worse pain it goes without saying one would go to an ER. Somewhat mixed feelings going there.

They tested me for Covid etc. before giving me prescription. I felt like the doctor was thorough. I went in for a cold and chest heaviness.

Quick intake and Michael cane in quickly for my exam after the nurse checked me in. Spent time examining me and then a good discussion about my situation and treatment. Left feeling satisfied with my visit. Great place.

Staff was friendly and professional, but what turned out to be a simple answer totally stumped the PA, and I left with no more answers than I gained from a quick internet search. There was no attempt to seek answers. Bill still unknown.

my Doctor was wonderful knew what to look for and advised me well i had heard that this urgent care has exray and since my ankle was hurt and swollen thought i should maybe get one but the X-ray dept is not open on weekends. do you make that plainly avialable to see on your web or appointment site?

United medical doctors Temecula urgent care was honestly the cleanest nicest fastest urgent care that I have ever been to. The whole staff from receptionist, x-ray, tech, and check in, nurses and doctor were all friendly and welcoming! the office was very clean and nice and comfortable, they got me an x-ray right away and back right away with the results and the doctor that I saw was Very thorough! I had honestly lost faith in the medical system especially going to an urgent care, but this experience was completely different.!!! ? I would highly recommend this place for urgent care!!
