She earned her bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Texas at Austin and holds a master's degree in biology and medical sciences. Originally from the Dallas area, she spends much of her free time cooking, sampling different cuisines, cheering for the Texas Longhorns, and attending concerts.

Uyen Nguyen is a wonderful provider. She came highly recommend by my sister and I understand why. She really listened to me, valued my input, and respected the knowledge I already have. As a healthcare provider myself sometimes that line between nurse and patient can get blurred and while I will advocate for myself, I am still ultimately a patient and we had a very productive appointment. I highly recommend her and her staff. Her MA was also very warm and inviting.

Uyen is the best. I've been going there for 10+ yrs. From day 1, I just loved her. No matter where I live, I will continue to go there because of her and the rest of the staff is amazing as well. This is by far the best medical office I have ever been to. They have the best, kindest staff.

Not only was Dr Nguyen AMAZING, but her entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient & helpful. Shout out to Daisy specifically, she was incredible! They all made you feel comfortable & well taken care of. I’ve been looking for a primary doctor through trial & error for 3 years since moving to Texas. Dr Nguyen was recommended to me & I see why! She was very direct, she made things simple to understand & it’s clear she values holistic health. She has gained a new patient for life!

I can't recommend Addison Internal Medicine enough. The staff is so friendly (from front office, medical assistants, MDs, PAs and exiting office staff). Uyen Nguyen, PA-C is the absolute best! She was very thorough during my physical and really took her time to listen. She didn't make me feel rushed at all. She cares about you, your health and takes the time to build rapport and a relationship. 10 out of 10 experience, I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!
