I just went to start establishing care, and I was pleased with the efficiency and communication of the doctor and office. As soon as I checked in, I was called into the back to see the doctor. Every step was clearly told to me, and when I actually seen the doctor, it was an easy conversation, and she was actively listening. ?

Had a really good Dr's appt. Arrived 20 minutes prior to my appt time. After filling out a few documents l was seen within 10 minutes. 1st time seeing Dr. Valeria and right away she put me at ease. Was very comfortable in talking with her and she answered all of my questions and concerns. She will be my PCP from now on.
