I made my appointment for 4PM on a Sunday. This seemed like odd availability, but it worked very well for me due to my working hours. I never received information on how to join a call, and upon contacting the office, I was sent to voicemail. I really love the accessibility of Zocdoc, I do not like that I was left hanging and unsure of who is at fault.
