Attentive listener, provided great feedback and scheduled a follow up appointment.

Overall positive, heard my concerns and provided me a few options

It felt dismissive for the doctor to suggest that successful professionals are unlikely to have ADHD. My ex-boss was officially diagnosed, and in fact, many highly successful and famous professionals in tech have ADHD. I am not sure where that personal bias as a doctor came from. That's why people trust chatGPT more than doctors nowadays, the human bias is just bad.

This doctor saw me for an initial evaluation and had a terrible bedside manner. He jumped to conclusions and made character judgements. In order to get the medication I have been on for years that numerous other psychiatrists have agreed upon, he insisted I take monthly drug tests, which was surprising, uncomfortable, shameful, and a violation of privacy. When I declined, he immediately showed me to the door. Later on, I received an outrageously expensive bill when no services were performed!
The Dr. was dismissive he didn’t offer any positive advice, he recommended i seek other help. At the end of video i felt like he was an intruder just trying to get information and judge me. I was looking for anxiety relief and i felt like he gave me more anxiety because i am a mom, now i feel like CPS is going to come knocking on my door. I have accomplished a lot and from my experience with other therapist he didn’t even acknowledge that.

Very impersonal, hid behind his computer screens the entire visit. Didn’t value nuance or keep an open mind. Made general conclusions after one visit. Made recommendations without first inquiring into steps I had already taken in regards to my health. Will not be continuing care.
Super easy new patient onboarding, nice office, friendly staff and super helpful physician who listened to me and worked with me to achieve treatment goals! High praise :)
