I'm a board-certified psychiatrist, psychotherapist, and artist who specializes in helping young adults, college students, and adult professionals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, ecological and spiritual distress find inner peace. I combine traditional modalities such as psychotherapy and medications with holistic approaches such as purpose, creativity, and spirituality. I earned my Doctor of Medicine from Geisinger College of Health Sciences and completed my residency in psychiatry at Ocean University Medical Center. I also hold a bachelor's degree from Cornell University.
