About Vannessa Evans
Vanessa Evans, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner focused on Family Medicine and Women’s Health. She is dedicated to expanding access to care and delivering preventive, comprehensive services that support long-term wellness.
As a former Medical Director with the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services, Vanessa led field-based medical teams serving individuals experiencing homelessness and other medically complex populations. This experience refined her expertise in managing chronic disease, substance use disorders, and high-risk conditions while advancing care coordination for vulnerable patients. Combined with her background in emergency medicine, she brings a proactive clinical lens identifying early risk, navigating complexity, and intervening before issues become crises.
While her foundation is in family and preventive medicine, Vanessa also maintains a strong clinical focus on stress-related conditions, anxiety, depression, and burnout.
