I scheduled a physical. On appointment day it became a new patient consultation. I filled out a lengthy medical history, had labs done, but no physical. I was told to come back in 3 months for a full physical.

Overall, my experience was excellent. Short wait time for the appointment, friendly and intelligent staff and doctors, and thorough screening. My only issue was the wait for the blood work. The process was much slower than anticipated, but once in, it was fairly quick.

Felt like all that happened was notes were put into the computer, my BP was checked, and about 10 seconds was spent looking at where my pain was coming from. I was told I didn't need blood work because I had it done 2 years ago. I was told I needed an X-Ray but they didn't have a tech anymore so I needed to go elsewhere. Overall I felt like I was listened to and every word was put into the computer but there seemed to be little to no concern about my areas of pain except for a prescription for a cream, after I said I was using a different cream that was working.

Dr. Malepati was nothing but great. She is a very thorough doctor and listens to what you have to say. I feel safe and trust her opinions. She was very good at explaining her diagnosis and made sure I didn’t have questions left to ask. I will definitely be back to see her .

Dr. Malepati was very friendly and had great bedside manner. Her nurses were also very efficient. I waited about 5-10 minutes between check-in and being taken back. Waiting for blood work after the visit probably took the longest.
