I absolutely love my doctor and the staff. I get seen right away, and I'm listened to thoroughly. He is great at what he does and always takes great care of me. Also, you can't NOT love Stephanie at the front desk. Dr. Rangaraj and her make you feel like family and remember exactly who you are. I'd give more stars if I could!

Doctor was good and listened to all my issues.
The only issue was I had to experience sharp burning pain when the nurse inserted needle for the blood draw. After I told that the pain was severe the nurse stopped and removed the needle. So, no blood was drawn. Later, I was referred to Labcorp for the blood work.
Hope, it was a one off case. I had never experienced it before.

I hadn't been to a doctor in quite some time, so I wasn't sure what to expect. This was a very pleasant surprise. I arrived a few minutes early, and guess what, they took me back to an exam room a few minutes early. Within minutes of a nurse taking my vitals, the doctor came in the at exact time of my appointment.
As I mentioned I hadn't been to a doctor in quite a while, so I had several concerns which I had written out on a piece of paper. The doctor sat down and listened to everything I had to say. He even read my list. Then he asked about my medical history, my family's medical history, and discussed each of my concerns in depth with a plan to address each overtime.
I never felt rushed, or cutoff, or misunderstood. I felt like all of my concerns were heard and acknowledged and a plan was in place to get me healthy.
