“Good experience. Only suggestion is that insurance is verified prior to my appointment. I didn’t have my card upon arrival and was advised that payment was due before services rendered. Which is fine. However ; I would’ve appreciated if expectations were set prior to the appointment ”

About Dr. Vernisha Hearn

Dr. Hearn was born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She attended college at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro. Dr. Hearn completed medical school and the internal medicine residency program at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. Dr. Hearn is a current member of the American College of Physicians.

Amazing practice every staff member was kind and respectful. Clean establishment run smoothly. Great listener is very understanding and accommodate you for anything that you may have going on the care here is one of the best care I’ve ever received in a long time even though was my first time coming they made me feel welcomed and safe. I am excited to call this my next primary care. Highly recommend.

I heard about Dr. Hearn from mostly all her patients she refers to our office and I was pleasantly pleased by her bed manner, professionalism and attentiveness. I didn’t have a great experience with my previous PCP and I must say this was a refreshing experience. Her medical assistant Ethan was very nice and patient with me as well. Definitely worth the hour trip.
