Very unprofessional experience. I was placed on hold for over an hour, no provider ever joined the appointment, and I had to keep calling back and forth with no resolution. A complete waste of time and extremely frustrating. I do not recommend this provider.

I made sure the Dr prescribed GLP-1 meds with her office before hand. Then when she saw me she wanted me to jump through hoops and see all these different Drs she was affiliated with for Authorizations when I made it clear I would pay out of pocket to fill the meds. I felt like I was being ping ponged to her co-workers for their own monetary gain. I found a Dr with amazing bedside manner who listened and prescribed right away. I would not recommend anyone see her if you’re looking for GLP-1 meds , although she was friendly with nice bedside manner
