She completed her residency in psychiatry at the UCLA – Olive View Residency Training Program, where she honed her expertise in managing a spectrum of mental health concerns-from Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Depression, and Anxiety to guiding individuals through grief and end-of-life transitions. She specialized in clinics including UCLA's Spanish-Psychosocial Clinic, Psychotherapy Clinic, and Palliative Psychiatry. Her approach is holistic, seamlessly integrating medication management with psychotherapy to empower her patients to navigate complex emotions, thoughts, and behaviors while enhancing various facets of their lives. Outside of her profession, you will find Dr. Sanchez enjoying time with her Frenchie Benji, her six nieces and nephews, watching Bob's Burgers, or savoring her favorite cup of tea.
