She was 10 minutes late and then had pretty bad bedside manner. I would not recommend.

No one showed up for my appointment or answered the phone.

Negative .. made it clear was using Medicare and provider did not accept it .. Discussion was a breakdown in communication from zocdoc and provider

The provider never showed for the appointment and when I called the office number that was listed if you have issues with the appointment and it said I was outside of their normal business hour. At this time no one has reached out to me and no explanation was provided as to why this happened.

I scheduled like two weeks ago and even had a conversation about insurance. I received updates about my appt from zocdoc. At the time of the appointment, I never received a link. There was no link in zocdoc or Brightside appt. When I tried to call no one picked up. I tried calling multiple times. My husband who helped me saw this issue in the reviews and thought “maybe this issue is just for folks who are less tech illiterate.” I am here to say — this was a complete failure in the UX and not just a “didn’t see the link/button” problem. If you are establishing a new relationship looking for help with mental health - maybe move on to the next provider and not select this one. Having a mental issue is difficult and extra exhausting to navigate. This user experience does not help. I feel like I lost weeks waiting when i could have been scheduled with another provider.

I booked letting them know I was looking to refill my Ritalin prescription but they don’t do that, not sure why I paid for that visit
Verified patientVideo visit
I wouldn't go back as I didn't get a link or anything to go into the providers website to put in all my information prior to the appointment.
