Dr. Caceres is a warm, knowledgeable, and thorough professional with a great bedside manner. I felt comfortable--as though I was talking with a friend rather than a doctor---and she listened attentively and answered all my questions honestly and openly. I had many questions about whether I should have surgery, so she also recommended a terrific thoracic surgeon who she felt could answer my questions more thoroughly. This was my first visit with Dr. Caceres De Lopez, she was very attuned to my health concerns, she had read what I wrote about chief complains and immediately put in orders for further testing, which I have been wanting/requesting from other providers for a long time. Although the consultation was done via video, I could feel her warmth, kindness and good beside manner. Great doctor!!!!

Wonderful bedside manner, I was very comfortable speaking with her. Very easy to talk to. Listened to my concerns and was very open to my questions. Provided a very reasonable initial treatment plan which made sense to me. The conversation was casual and I did not feel intimidated or nervous as can occur with physicians. Also, never felt rushed and Dr. Caceres took her time with me. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Caseres is amazing! She's so sweet and remembers so many details about our last visit (approximately 6 years ago).
