I worked in Emergency Medicine and Critical Care for 15 years before I finished my PhD. My area of research was Caring Science Psychology in health and disease. My PhD provides me the ability to truly understand research studies and data; therefore I base my treatment on Evidence Based Medicine. When Prescribing Medications I use a careful and thoughtful approach, considering a long term solution for your health. I view the body from a Whole Person perspective when prescribing medication. Psychopharmacology is an art and requires an expert knowledge base. I treat ADHD, Mood Disorders, Postpartum Depression, Major Depression, Weight Loss, Grief and Loss."
